From the farm
to your cup.
We started North Roast in a small Oslo garage with a single drum roaster and an obsession with sourcing. Every bean we carry has a face behind it — a farmer, a cooperative, a plot of land we've visited.
We roast in small batches, never more than 15kg at a time, and ship within 48 hours of roasting. The flavor in the bag is exactly what we tasted on the cupping table.
002 — How We Roast
Green Selection
We cup every lot blind before buying. If it doesn't make the table, it doesn't make the bag. Simple.
Profile Development
Each origin gets its own roast curve. We spend weeks dialing in before a coffee goes public.
Rest & Ship
We rest most coffees 5–10 days post-roast, then ship within 48 hours of order. Peak flavor, always.
